This morning, Colorado Public Radio aired a story about Colorado Springs bid to become a Colorado Certified Creative District. In the broadcast, the story starts with a recording from a walking public art tour. It just so happens that this part of the tour is in front of Stranger Reduction Zone. The tour guide, Lara Garritano, talks briefly about the work, then demonstrates the audio component.
The story can be heard here: http://www.cpr.org/news/story/downtown-colorado-springs-bids-become-arts-hub
There is also a nice slide show of some of the work on view for the 15th Annual Art on the Streets exhibit.
