The Stranger Reduction Zone was installed in Carbondale, Colorado on June 1st, 2015. It stands near the corner of 3rd Street and Sopris Avenue outside the library entrance. It will remain on site for one year. Thanks to the Carbondale Public Arts Commission for this opportunity!
